Roles and responsibilities
Acceptable standards of verbal and written communication in English.
Ensure the food production is as per set standards and procedures in adherence to the menu specifications and assemble products.
Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and achieve them in given time.
Always maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, personal hygiene and quality of food.
Good organizational skills
Ability to multi-task physically fit to work in hot and Cold environment and always support the team being an active team Player.
Should be physically able to work on heavy food mana equipment’s such as Assembly crimping lines, Manual pallet jacks. Etc
Maintain proper records of production within the section.
Report to the senior on duty, on any non-confirming data, procedures witnessed.
Assist as required, in processing of raw material within the designated area of the Kitchen.
Assists in ensuring that food items are stored in their proper and designated areas according to the company’s established Hygiene requirements, and that any required exposure of these items to unacceptable temperature and humidity levels is minimized.
Comply with the Company Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Policies.
Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 international standards and executes all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
